It was grudging but Dauru had no choice but to acknowledge that Walter being a superior had ended this conversastion. He followed silently now, apart from the slight agitated rustle of his feathers on his wings as he stretched them out and then furled them once more.

Seeing that Dauru was almost to normal and accepted his position, walter payed no further heed to him. This package needed to be inspected. He opened the door to the examination room. A group of men and women were inside the room writing reports and whatnot. "Good day to you, gentlemen. I have something that needs to go through checking." Walter handed the package to one of the team members. "Make it hastily it has been delays for a while."

Dauru kept quiet his eyes never really settling unless they were looking at something inanimate, preferably walls or floors. It wasn't often he had to take anything to be checked, so to him this was unfamilar territory.

The examination team donned protective suits and entered a bullet-proof and air-tight chamber where all the checks were conducted. Steadily and with precision the started to open the package... Meanwhile Walter felt a chill accross his spine... There was something wrong...

Dauru had felt it as well, once more furling and unfurling his wings in agitation. He shifted his position slightly giving a low growl. Not in fury but in unease this time. He gave another agitated growl. Something definitly felt...wrong

As one of the team members finally opened the package he looked at it in shock. "Bloody hell! It's a bom-" He was not able to finish his sentence. An explosion rocked the room as the bomb went off. Pieces of broken glass, concrete and the team members were everywhere... Walter's ears were ringing... Something had pierced his shoulder and there was a sensation of pain like no other... "Dauru! Dauru! Are you alright!!" He tried to yell ignoring the gfact that Dauru wasn't able to respond audially. The automatic alarms went off.

Dauru had instinctively moved furling his wings tight against his back to shield them with his own body turning his head slightly. He heard Walter repeat his name giving a low hissing growl. He'd known it. He really wanted to go and kill Adrian right now, but....well.. his superior officer came first. With deft almost sadistic ease he pulled loose a few splinters of glass that had dug into his arm and some concrete before working on finding Walter, he was rather blood spattered, not all of it his blood either.

Walter saw Dauru before him... His arm and body wounded, but definetly in better shape than he himslef was. "I'm not so young anymore am I? Heh..." The pain was everywhere... Forcing himself to stay conscious, he had to give Dauru orders. "Dauru, wait here for the arrival of security, then go and get Adrian. We must question her." Seeing murderous intent in Dauru's eyes he added: "Do not kill her. We need her alive."

Dauru nodded with a snarl, very grudging and moody, but it was a snarl. He kept his wings close against his body just incase of any more debris. 'Where do you want me to take her?' was all he gestured in response, waiting impatiently for the security. 'and what about you' he added on almost as an after thought... almost.

"I'll be fine, just get her in custody. Try to get her in the dungeons. I know it's not the most suitable situation for you, But she should must not be allowed to escape." Walters gaze sharpened. It was one of those stares that would freeze lesser men. He was angry. Really angry.

'I guess that my hunch on how suspicious it was that she was trying to leave was right' Dauru gestured simply once more furling and unfurling his wings in agitation. He hated being underground but...well... he'd do it. 'How much force am I to use should she try and evade captivity bearing in mind her....powers?' he enquired, he wanted to know what the boundaries were

Walters legs were starting to work again, he raised himself into a sitting position. Pieces of glass protruded from his shoulder... "You are authorised to use any methods necessary. As long as you do not kill her. First explain the situation, if she then tries to resist you are allowed to use force."

Dauru nodded. He shifted position agitatedly, what was taking security so long. 'That is if she's not wandered off already,' he gestured. He was now decidedly suspicious of Adrian, and quite personally would put nothing past her.

Security arrived. They started to check the room and a medic acame to administer first aid on Walter. Walter quivered as the shards of glass were removed from his shoulder. "Go Dauru! I'll inform the security about Adrian!" Walter grabbed a communicator from one of the guards. "Calling all units! We have a bomb attack on headquarters, seal the perimiter! Have any and all suspiciouc personell arrested! Top priority on the capture of Adrian Marryln Rorik!"

Dauru nodded leaving swiftly, only loosening how tight he kept his wings furled once he was sure that the chances of falling debris were minimal. He knew his way back, and he could easily recognise Adrians blood scent anyway. It was to be expected with the fact that he'd had so much contact with it
